Aruba – Vacation Packages
Located 15 miles off the coast of Venezuela, Aruba is reminiscent of the southwestern US, but with beaches. The vegetation includes a wide variety of cacti set among interesting rock formations as well as the tradewind sculptured “Watapana” (divi-divi) trees. There are seven miles of palm-fringed, white sand beaches located on the southwest coast, whereas, the northeast coast is rugged and wild with high, thundering waves.
Aruba is home to less than 75,000 people, but has more than its share of sun, sand and fun. Tourists flock to the beach, especially during the winter when they flee the frigid northern countries. A vacation package is the best way to get to this paradise, as there are no direct boats from Venezuela.
