Ixtapa/Zihuatenejo, Mexico - Vacation Packages

In the Nahuatl “Cihuatlán”, Zihuatenejo means “the place of women” because it was a matriarchal society. This small bay and resort was discovered by the tourist trail in 1940. At the time, the only access to the village was by the sea.
