Acapulco, Mexico – Vacation Packages
One of Mexico’s top resort locations, Acapulco has long been a favorite of the jet set. With a beautiful, crescent-shaped bay that’ll make any postcard-recipient back home sea-green with envy, Acapulo’s first and foremost a beach destination. From watching cliff divers make their death-defying leap into the sea from the La Quebrada rocks to scoping out the beautiful people taking in a few rays, the ocean’s the place to be.
Don’t let the emphasis on water activities fool you, however. There’s still plenty to do, like strolling the seaside promenade in Old Acapulco and shopping in the colorful Municipal Market. Acapulco graciously blends captivating scenery with 24-hour excitement – for this reason it was the top spring break destination in 2005.
